Quick Fix
Why Did My Spins Not Appear?
It settles where the spins went and which fix brings them back into your account.
Country Eligibility
Offers here are aimed at New Zealand players only, so a login from elsewhere will not show them; check that your account country is set correctly.
Your Spins Are Waiting
Spins sit inside one named slot only, so opening another game shows nothing; switch back to Sweet Bonanza or Tome of Madness to see them.
Sitting Unclaimed
A pending offer stays inactive until you claim it; open the bonus section, find the entry and confirm it before you load the reels.
Raise the Deposit
1red Casino counts only deposits at or above the offer minimum, such as NZ$9 or NZ$14, so top up to the required figure and the spins release.

Register with your email address as the login and give your real details; one account per player, and duplicates get closed.
Code Claimed, Spins Queued
Type the code from the offer you picked into the promo field before you deposit or spin, so it binds to that claim.
Which Methods Count?
Fund with NZ$9 or more, but not through Skrill or Neteller, since either one voids the offer on the spot.

Load the named slot only, at the fixed spin value: the credits sit there and nowhere else in the lobby.
Claiming Your Winnings
1red Casino Spin Winnings Explained
It settles what happens to spin winnings, how long you have and when they reach your balance.
Before the Clock Runs Out
Spins winnings must be wagered inside 7 days of the drop on 1RED20 and 59 days on the welcome codes, after which anything unused leaves the balance.
From Bonus to Cash
Whatever the reels pay lands as bonus money, so at NZ$22.85 expected on 1RED188 it still has to clear wagering before cash.
Spins One Time Only
Claim once only: a second no-deposit request from the same person, household or device is refused and any balance tied to it is voided.
1red Casino Turnover Rule
1red Casino sets wagering at 45x the winnings on 1RED20, which means NZ$173.70 of play from the NZ$3.86 expected win.
Five Answers Below
Terms First, Spins After
1red Casino sets the terms before the spins, so nothing here catches you later.
trustWhy can't I use my spins on another game?+
Spins run only on the slot named in each offer, so Tome of Madness spins stay on Tome of Madness. Switching games leaves the spins unplayable rather than transferring them, because the value is bound to that title.
trustWhy is there no app for claiming these spins?+
Load the casino in a mobile browser and the spins open with your account, since the same wallet and terms apply on small screens. No separate app download is needed to spin or to track winnings.
trustWhy are my free spins winnings not withdrawable yet?+
Winnings land as bonus money, and the wagering on each offer must be met before a withdrawal clears. Finish the turnover, complete verification, then request the cashout from your balance.
trustCan I get spins with no wagering attached?+
Yes, where a zero-wagering offer exists: the email, profile and referral rewards carry no playthrough at all. Their winnings are yours to withdraw once the account is verified.
trustWhere is this casino licensed for NZ players?+
The Malta Gaming Authority licenses 1red Casino Ltd. under MGA/B2C/954/2007, and the site holds 128-bit SSL encryption. That licence covers the bonuses, the payments and the complaints process behind both.
Extra spins never commit you to another deposit or another session, so stopping is always allowed. Set deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders from your account, and contact the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand or the Gambling Helpline New Zealand for independent help.
Self-exclusion. Blocks your account for a period you choose, so the reels stay closed until it ends.
Deposit limits. Caps what you can add to the balance over a day, a week or a month.
Session time reminders. Ends a session at a point you set and flags losses once they pass your mark.
